Can't Do

  • Feral art

  • Art using real-life references of insects or arachnids

Commissions

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms:

✦ Payment is done in USD through Paypal. Full payment must be sent before I begin. If payment is not sent within 3 days, I will cancel the commission under the assumption that you no longer want it.✦ I will not do art commissions based on word. Unless it is a custom design commission, I require fullbody, colored references. Any character designing I am asked to do will incur a fee ($15 minimum).✦ Commissions may take up to 2 months to be completed. After 2 months have passed, you may request a refund, or I will complete the commission as an immediate priority with an additional art piece included of the character(s) featured in the piece(s). Refund requests for commissions already in progress after 2 months from the commission date will receive a percentage based on how much of the commission was completed as compensation for the time spent. I will not provide refunds for commissions not yet completed within the 2 months period.✦ Commissioners may repost, reupload, and edit copies of their commission as long as credit to me is given for the artwork. A copy of the unedited artwork that I have created MUST be kept when edits are made directly to my artwork.✦ When selling characters which include my commissioned work, you may include the amount spent on the commission to the character price.✦ I have the right to reject any commission that I would not like to do.✦ I am not required to include or fix any details which were not mentioned in the commission form. Any requests for significant changes will incur a fee, minimum of $15.✦ Vague alteration requests and requests for experimentation will incur a fee based on the amount of the artwork that is requested to be changed or experimented on ($15 minimum). Commissions will have up to 4 free changes each (not including misinterpretations, extremely minor details, or missing details on my end), after which changes will be $15 minimum.✦ I may use the commission(s) as an example for my commissions. Private commissions (where the artwork will not be used as an example for commissions) are +20% of the full cost of the commission. Anonymous commissions (where the artwork will be used as an example for commissions, but the client's name is not shared) are free.✦ A +20% rush fee will be quoted and applied for any deadlines that will require me to work outside of my regular work schedule. This includes but is not limited to situations such as: me having to work on my off days or outside of typical work hours, me having to reorganize my expected work to prioritize the rushed commission.✦ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to purchase a digital artwork file of the type and price listed in the invoice

Character Designs

By purchasing and commissioning designs from me, you agree to these terms:

✦ Payment is done in USD through Paypal. Full payment must be sent before I begin. If payment is not sent within 3 days, I will cancel the commission under the assumption that you no longer want it.✦ You may not resell my character designs for more than it was bought for unless you have paid for additional artwork or commercial use and are adding the monetary values of those additions to the character's monetary worth. Free art, your own art, and art trades do not contribute to its monetary worth. Vouchers are allowed for characters received from trades and characters received for free/gift that have had additional artwork commissioned. Characters you have received through gift may not be traded until you have contributed artwork to the character.✦ Commissions may take up to 2 months to be completed. After 2 months have passed, you may request a refund, or I will complete the commission as an immediate priority with additional art included of the characters featured in the piece(s). If you get the commercial rights later, then it would only be $15.) Transferring a character you paid to get commercial rights for transfers those rights to the new owner. If you received the character through a trade or gift, you may send me a message for a quote of the price for commercial use. My personal artwork may not be used in any commercial products or media as you would be buying the commercial rights to the design, not my artwork.✦ Design owners may repost, reupload, and edit copies of their design as long as credit to me is given for the artwork and design. A copy of the original, unedited design file I created MUST be kept.✦ I cannot take or revoke your characters from you.✦ When uploading my designs to Toyhou.se, you are highly encouraged to credit birthday onsite as the creator.✦ I may use the design(s) as an example for my commissions. Private character design commissions (where the design will not be used as an example for character design commissions) are +20% of the full cost of the commission. Anonymous character design commissions (where the design will be used as an example for character design commissions, but the client's name is not shared) are free.✦ A +20% rush fee will be quoted and applied for any deadlines that will require me to work outside of my regular work schedule. This includes but is not limited to situations such as: me having to work on my off days or outside of typical work hours, me having to reorganize my expected work to prioritize the rushed commission.✦ Co-owning designs is permitted, but any disputes regarding this must be settled between the owners.✦ I am not required to include or fix any details which were not mentioned in the custom design commission form, and I am not required to fix or change any details of premade designs. Any requests for changes will incur a fee, minimum of $15, based on the amount of changes requested and the time required to make those changes.✦ By purchasing a character design from me, you are agreeing to purchase a digital artwork file of and the personal ownership to a fictional character design, and are agreeing to the price listed in the invoice.

10% Discount for Commissions Alongside Design Purchases

If you purchase an adopt and commission artwork of it alongside that purchase, you will receive 10% off that commission.
If you commission a custom design and commission artwork of it AFTER the design is completed, you will also receive the 10% discount on the artwork commission.

$20 Off Coupon

For transactions totaling $100 or more, you will get a $20 Off Coupon able to be used for any designs or commissions from me as thanks for being such a big supporter, starting 10/24/2022.

✦ The transaction must be a SINGLE transaction (one purchase or multiple purchases within one invoice totaling $100+) to receive a coupon.
✦ It is single-use. For example, if you choose to use it to buy something that is $15, the unused $5 will not be reserved for later. The entire coupon is used in one instance.
✦ You may use up to two coupons at once.
✦ Coupons are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. However, you may use them to buy something for someone else as long as you are the one using it.
✦ They may be used to reduce the price of something that costs more. For example, using the coupon for something that is $40 would then be $20 for you.

Blacklist

Being added to my blacklist means that you may not participate in my auctions, buy adopts from me, or commission me.

Yes, that's fine. You also don't have to ask permission if you want to do this. Just keep a copy of the unedited version of my artwork. I prefer an unedited version be kept as that is the original piece that I made, and any edits are derivative of it.

✦ I have a design made by you uploaded on Toyhouse and I want to delete the profile, reupload the character, hide the profile, private the profile, etc. Is that okay? ✦
Yes, but be aware that if you lose any images in the process that I have created, I may not have copies of them. I am also not responsible for background-checking whoever uploads character designs I have made and I approve all credits for uploads related to my artwork. If you have proof that an individual has scammed you or has stolen your character I have accepted credits for, please let me know and I will assist you as much as possible in having it removed. Please, however, do not involve me in disputes of co-ownership that do not involve theft or scamming.

✦ Am I allowed to turn your character design into a Dainty/Mignyan/some other species? ✦
Yes. Again, as long as the original design file I made is preserved I don't really care about what happens to the design aside from that. HOWEVER, do not create a new species from some random combination I made for a one-off design.

Yes, that's fine. Just tag me in it on my socials or message me when you're done. Don't draw my characters doing anything messed up or illegal though (pedophilia/bestiality/hate speech/etc.), since I WILL report you and block you. If you just want to draw weird and harmless NSFW or fetish art I don't care. If you want to draw a one-off romantic ship or friendship or enemy art with my OCs that's also fine. If you draw random extreme gore of my OCs I am going to think you are very weird.

I am less inclined to accept if we don't interact much (casual chatting on social media, commenting, etc.) but I might consider it anyway if you seem reliable. If my to-do list Trello seems more on the empty side or I don't have multiple trades that need to be worked on (on my end) I am much more likely to say yes as well.

It's best to DM it to me or ping me in the Discord server for the fastest response. The species has been publicly discontinued but I still create and use them privately for my own stories. MYO slots are still being honored and I am still very happy to design your slots for you and do commissions of them. Just because the species has been discontinued does not mean I have gotten rid of their information or will dismiss questions about them.

Yes, that's perfectly fine. My DMs are always open during work hours to answer any questions you may have about potential costs or concepts you have in mind. I don't feel awkward if you decide against purchasing or if the quote is outside of your price range. Just be clear that you only want a quote in your message, otherwise I will assume that you intend to commission it in that moment.
